A photo found by Dave showing a circa 1928 Moore-engined CS1; the bike appears to be brand new and the happy owner dressed for the occasion. With respect to the ongoing discussions of 'what parts should be plated' I would say that we can add saddle springs to the list.
The registration is not familiar to me and the rider looks mediterranean or South American, does anyone know?
